CUSTOMER CARE: SHIPPING & RETURNS

MICHELE offers two different shipping options: Standard and Next Day. Shipping is provided by UPS, and orders will be processed within two business days pending credit card approval. Please note: orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

Orders must be received by 12:00 pm CST in order to arrive on the next business day.

We accept returns for up to 90 days from purchase, and the shipping’s on us. We include a prepaid UPS return label with every package.
