MICHELE offers two different shipping options: Standard and Next Day. Shipping is provided by UPS, and orders will be processed within two business days pending credit card approval. Please note: orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

Standard:
Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Arrives in 3 to 5 business days.
Standard delivery via UPS is available for orders with delivery addresses within the US and territories, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes. Orders being shipped by USPS, outside of the continental US or to APO/FPO address will arrive in 3-4 weeks, not the standard 3-5 days.

Next Day: $19.95
Next day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes).

Complimentary Returns:

MICHELE is committed to making your shopping experience a success and offers free returns and exchanges on all web orders. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise for up to 90 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Please enclose your packing slip and use your prepaid shipping label to send your MICHELE purchase back for return or exchange. If you have lost your MICHELE label or packing slip, please call MICHELE at 1-800-522-8300.

Gift Cards:

MICHELE gift cards may not be returned or cancelled after purchase.

If you return product originally purchased with a gift card, any refund will be returned to the original gift card.

If you return product originally purchased with multiple methods of payment, any balance owed will first be applied to the gift card, up to the original amount charged, and then to the credit or debit card.
